DESIGN AS A DRIVER OF INNOVATION

At Guerra, we have always known that design was going to be our main axis of innovation, ever since we started manufacturing our first machines. We aim to provide maximum value to each customer, which is why continuous improvement drives countless iterations of our products.

For Guerra, design has been, and still is, an engine for innovation and competitiveness. A way to combine growth and development, efficiency and prosperity.

The main reason why we are sure about this strategy is that we have developed customer-centric design processes, permanently adapting our products and services to the demand and to the specific needs of the sector.

QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY
AND APPEARANCE

We aim for our products to meet the three principles that constitute our design philosophy: quality, functionality and appearance.

Our goal is for our products to bring value to our customers through fully integrated design and manufacturing.

VERTICAL
MANUFACTURING

At Guerra, we are committed to maintain and increase our manufacturing capacity, so we can offer our clients cost-effective and high-quality solutions for their needs. That is why we increase our production capacity year by year: to control and guarantee the quality of our machines, and to be as independent as we can from third party sectors. We aspire to provide value to our customer at all times. At Guerra everything you see is made by Guerra’s team and at Guerra’s facilities.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

We have more than 30 000m2 allocated to production; a total area that is distributed in 4 plants dedicated to the building of our machines.

Our priority is to continue offering long-term, profitable solutions to our customers. That is why at Guerra we strive to improve our production technology on a daily basis.

Our facilities are fully equipped to perform the following manufacturing processes:

Guerra has 3 cnc cutting lines (oxyfuel and high definition plasma) which allows us to obtain high quality in both straight and chamfer cuts. High process speed and the possibility of marking the cut pieces. We use nesting software for cutting to reduce material waste. We also have two hydraulic machines for bending sheets with a high elastic limit of large dimensions.

In Guerra we have a welding workshop that occupies about 2000m2 in which we assemble the different functional units that will make up our final product at various stations. We use specially dedicated tools to facilitate the work of construction and assembly, inspection and maintenance of the final geometry. We also have four robotic welding stations to carry out the welding of all our important structural components.

In order to meet the strictest manufacturing tolerances in our equipment, Guerra has a 1800m2 plant for the preliminary and final machining of our semi-finished products, with more than 10 horizontal CNC milling and turning machines.

Surface finish is a key point in our production process. To do this, we do it by hand and in several steps, from the most difficult or least accessible areas avoiding leaving behind the smallest detail. Guerra has two plants of more than 2500m2 for surface finishing treatment.

Our assembly plants today have more than 7000m2 for the development of the final assembly of our components and machines. We have 4 assembly lines oriented to the variability of our product and focused on the sector in which they will carry out their work.

The quality of our products is a hallmark of our brand. At Guerra we assume the commitment of continuous improvement and assurance of our products. Our quality policy is shared throughout the organization and has the basic objectives of collaboration with our customers and suppliers, technical training and the improvement of our processes and products.

MADE IN GALICIA

Galicia, the region of Spain where Guerra is located, is one of the industrial centers of the Iberian Peninsula. In addition to its strategic geographical location, Galicia and, therefore, Spain, has all the essential infrastructures to speed up the exporting process such as ports and roads. In fact, Guerra focuses on two of the most important industrial sectors in the region, marine and forestry, which contributes to our profound knowledge in these fields. Vila de Cruces, a town near Santiago de Compostela and Guerra’s headquarters since our inception, is located in the center of a region that is committed to excellence and quality of its products and services.

In addition to the direct employment we generate, we are also responsible for a considerable number of indirect jobs around our factories and units. To recruit competent and motivated employees, we strive to provide opportunities for personal development and a fair and safe working environment. The development of employees’ skills and competencies is of vital importance for both our business performance and for our employees’ career development.
